Who we are

What we collect and why

- Waitlist: your name, city and email, to keep you updated about Barrio and invite you to events. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

- Event bookings: when you book through Luma, we receive your name and email to manage your attendance. Legal basis: providing the service you booked.

- Contact: anything you send us by email, to reply to you.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Booking data: as long as needed to run the event, then only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who processes it for us

Squarespace (website and forms), Google Workspace (email and storage), Luma (event bookings), Weglot (translation) and Squarespace (email tool). Some are based outside the European Economic Area; transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by emailing damien@barriosocial.com. We reply within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
