Who's selling

Tickets are sold by BARRIO SOCIAL CLUB, S.L., NIF B93825198, Rambla del Poblenou 117, Barcelona, 08018, Spain. Contact: damien@barriosocial.club. Full details in our legal notice.

Buying a ticket

Prices are shown in euros and include IVA. Payment is handled by Luma, our ticketing provider. Your booking is confirmed when you receive Luma's confirmation email.

No 14-day cancellation right

Our events take place on a fixed date, so the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase doesn't apply (Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law).

Refund

Tickets aren't refundable.

Cancellation or change

- If we cancel, you get a full refund within 14 days.

- If we move it to another date, you can keep your ticket or ask for a full refund.

- If we change the time or venue, we'll tell you by email. If the change is significant and you can no longer come, ask us for a full refund.

At our events

Events are for adults aged 16+. Be kind to the people around you. We may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave without a refund, if their behaviour puts others at risk or makes them uncomfortable.

Safety

Some events involve physical activity. Take part at your own pace. We're responsible for harm caused by our own negligence, as the law provides; we're not responsible for personal belongings unless their loss is our fault.

Email damien@barriosocial.club and we'll reply as soon as we can. Official complaint forms (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) are available on request.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This doesn't affect your right as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
